✅ About Me
Hi Gang!
I was born in Iran, a country filled with beauty, history, and culture, but also one where religious persecution was a brutal reality. As a child, I was surrounded by danger. The government was torturing and executing non-Muslims, and my parents realized that to secure our future, we had to leave everything behind. We fled Iran and became American refugees, stepping into the unknown with nothing but hope and determination.
Starting over in a new country was unimaginably tough. My parents were illiterate, and we had no financial safety net. But they were fighters, and they instilled in me the belief that with the right attitude, resilience, and work ethic, anything is possible.
From a young age, I was determined to make the most of every opportunity. I attended RL Turner High School, where I wrestled varsity as a freshman, winning numerous medals. Wrestling taught me discipline, strategy, and perseverance—qualities that would later shape my entrepreneurial journey. My dedication to hard work extended beyond sports and into academics. After high school, I attended the University of North Texas (UNT), initially planning to go to medical school and become a chiropractor. I minored in Pre-Med, Kinesiology, and Sports Medicine, ultimately earning my degree. But my thirst for knowledge didn’t stop there.
I had an entrepreneurial spirit from an early age. At just 16 years old, I started my first business in 9th grade to supplement my income. While my classmates were focused on school alone, I was running a business and learning IT skills like hosting, Linux, PHP, and MySQL. I even developed my own software, including live chat systems and custom cloud-based solutions—before "cloud computing" was even a recognized concept. My curiosity and drive led me to discover SEO (Search Engine Optimization) before it even had a name. I mastered SEO back when Yahoo ruled the internet and Google was barely known. I still remember the dial-up era, when getting online meant picking up AOL or NetZero floppy disks at the mall.
One of my biggest early breakthroughs came when I unknowingly created the first online pizza ordering system—before giants like Pizza Hut and Domino’s even imagined it. My father was a franchise owner of Mr. Jim’s Pizza, and I built a website for his store as a side project to help him get more customers. The website exploded in popularity, generating orders from all over Texas and the U.S., but there was a problem—the orders were only being fulfilled in my dad’s local area, while customers in other cities were left waiting for pizzas that never arrived. This led to a flood of complaints to the Mr. Jim’s corporate office.
I was soon called into a meeting with Mr. Jim himself. Instead of reprimanding my father for breaking franchise protocol, he was fascinated by what I had built. He paid me a $500 consulting fee for just one hour of my time—an amount that, in the 1990s, was equivalent to a month's rent in a high-end apartment. He then offered me a full-time job with a salary between $75K and $100K, an incredible offer for someone fresh out of college. But I refused. I was on my own entrepreneurial journey and wasn’t willing to give up my dreams. However, I did provide Mr. Jim’s Pizza with the blueprint for their online ordering system—revolutionary at a time when every pizza business relied on Yellow Pages and direct mail marketing.
I hit the SEO jackpot at a time when most business owners didn’t understand the power of the internet. While they were spending $4,000 a month on Yellow Pages ads, I was generating thousands of leads online for free. My clients were ahead of the curve, tech-savvy entrepreneurs who understood the power of digital marketing, and that gave me an incredible advantage.
SEO didn’t just power my first business, Fitness2Go, while I was in high school and college—it also helped me launch my second business, DrMove.com. Thanks to God, my intuition, and my relentless drive, DrMove.com became a multi-million dollar company at lightning speed. But DrMove.com was more than just a moving company; it was a technological innovation in the industry. I developed a custom cloud-based software for the DrMove.com website that allowed customers to input all the items they wanted to move, select their moving date, and specify their pickup and destination locations. My software then automatically generated a guaranteed binding quote—without the need for an on-site estimator to visit the customer's home.
At the time, the traditional way to get a moving quote required a company representative to physically enter a customer’s home, inspect their belongings, and provide an estimate. My software eliminated this intrusive step and provided instant, accurate pricing. This was revolutionary during the dial-up era when DSL was just entering the market. Even more groundbreaking, my system included automated follow-up emails, booking confirmations, and customer feedback collection—features that existed long before services like AWeber or Mailchimp were even created. My cloud-based system also accepted online payments and deposits at a time when most consumers were still hesitant to use credit cards on the internet.
After college, I made an unconventional decision: I chose to sleep in my car and live a minimalist lifestyle so I could reinvest everything into my entrepreneurial journey. I was willing to sacrifice comfort for my dreams, and it paid off. Over time, I built three successful businesses, all without borrowing a dime from banks, family, or friends.
Life handed me challenges, but I turned them into opportunities. Through imagination, resilience, and hard work, I transformed my struggles into success. It wasn’t always easy—there were times of doubt, hardship, and uncertainty. But I refused to give up. My positive mindset and relentless determination kept me going.
Today, I want to share my journey, knowledge, and experience with as many people as possible. If you have an opportunity that you fear is slipping away, NOW is the time to act. Success isn’t about luck—it’s about mindset, strategy, and execution. Let me show you how to break free from limitations and achieve your goals using what’s already inside you: your mind, heart, and soul.
