My journey is different than most, but I wouldn\u2019t have it any other way. I was born in Iran. Even though I was an innocent child, I was surrounded by danger.<\/p>\r\n

The govt was torturing and executing non-Muslims. My parents realized they had to give up the only home we knew to keep us safe. To save our futures, we left Iran and became US refugees. To say that this was difficult is an understatement. My parents were illiterate and we were in a new country starting over. My parents were fighters and showed me that with the right attitude, anything is possible.<\/p>\r\n

After college, I chose to sleep in my car and live a minimalist lifestyle so that I could start my first business. With $100 in my pocket, but I turned it into a multi-million dollar moving company, then my real estate brokerage firm and then becoming real estate investor and owning rental houses without borrowing from a stinky banks.<\/p>\r\n
