🔹 Level 1: Telling
This is where most people start — and unfortunately, stay.
The customer calls in — maybe it’s about your real estate service, a coaching program, a property, whatever — and the first thing you do is just tell them the price.“This is $500.”“This house is $200K.”Boom. That’s it.
No value. No context. No positioning.You're just a walking price tag at this level.
🔹 Level 2: Features
Now you’ve leveled up just a bit.You're not just blurting out the price anymore. You’re talking about what the thing is.
So, if you're selling an iPhone, you'd say:"It’s the iPhone X. It has 64 gigs. It’s got Face ID. Dual camera. Costs $400."
You're explaining specs — but you’re still not selling anything that touches the customer’s life or heart.
🔹 Level 3: Benefits
Now you’re getting warmer.
Here, you're not just listing features — you're explaining why they matter.
“This iPhone? It’ll keep all your photos in one place. You can FaceTime your grandkids. You’ll never get lost again because the GPS is built-in. One device, total freedom.”
Or in real estate:“This deal isn’t just fast cash — it's peace of mind. It's you starting a new chapter without stress or foreclosure dragging behind you.”
At level 3, you're starting to move people emotionally.But there's still one more level…
🔹 Level 4: VALUE ADDER (THE CLOSER)
This is the highest form of selling.
At this level, you’re not just selling a product or a deal — you’re selling a transformation. You’re changing lives. You’re positioning yourself as a trusted guide.
Let me show you how this works.
When a motivated seller calls me, I don’t say,“Hey, I’ll give you 60K, your house is worth 100.”
That’s level one.
I don’t even stop at saying,“I’ll pay closing and help you move.”That’s level two.
I go deep. I educate them. I become the solution architect of their pain.
I explain every single option — not just the one that benefits me.I show them how to sell on terms.How to do a subject-to deal.How to rent-to-own, or walk away clean.And 9 times out of 10, they pick me.Because I created value before I asked for the deal. That’s superhero closing.
