I was born in Iran. My family left our home to escape the danger around us and became U.S. refugees. My parents were illiterate, but they taught me to keep fighting for a better future.
After college, I lived in my car and started my first business with $100. From there, I built a moving company, a real estate brokerage, and a rental portfolio—without borrowing from a bank to start a business.
Today, I teach the skills behind that journey: finding opportunities, negotiating, selling, and putting capital back to work.
